How to Restore Lost Enamel and Remineralize Teeth Naturally (Sensitive Teeth)

Fluoride negative effects occur when lot of fluoride is ingested into body via drinking water or consuming a bulk of toothpaste. That's Why I strictly mentioned NOT TO SWALLOW and spit away saliva during this time. Leaving it on tooth for 2 to 3 minutes, will not be toxic, when rinsed away with fresh water after that.
This simple method, when used regularly, helps to prevent enamel erosion. Also, it binds minerals like calcium and phosphates to the enamel and strengthens it, also it can restore lost enamel in initial stages.
When we consume acidic foods like lemon juice, orange juice, sweets and carbonated sodas the tooth enamel temporarily softens and loses some of its important minerals. Within a few minutes, the saliva in our mouth naturally restores the pH balance of the mouth. This happens normally. However, during this time, the enamel is at a risk of permanent damage that can trigger sensitive teeth.
I repeatedly mention in my videos that you should not brush or do anything to your teeth upto 30 mins after eating food. Mainly lemonades, lemon tea, orange juices and sodas are erosive and can increase risk of enamel loss. So, if you drink them, always drink with straw to avoid contact with teeth. And don’t brush up to 1 hour after drinking these. You can simply rinse off your mouth with fresh water to reduce acidity accumulation on teeth.
For this you need
1. Bentonite clay – Bentonite clay is loaded with minerals like silica, calcium, zinc, potassium, and magnesium that helps in the re mineralization process. Besides that it has alkalizing effect that can neutralize acidity in mouth that causes tooth erosion.
2. Xylitol – Xylitol is a natural sugar that inhibits the growth of cavity causing bacteria. This also prevents tooth decay and plaque formation. Xylitol is optional and you can choose skip it.
3. Clove powder – cloves are excellent to treat gum infections and prevents receding gums. This also provides relief from tooth pain and sensitive teeth naturally.
4. Fluoride Paste – Fluoride Strengthens Hydroxyapatite, which is a biomaterial forming enamel. Fluoride captures the minerals like Calcium and phosphates from saliva and forces them back into the tooth. That way it improves enamel strength.
For this purpose, take any brand of fluoride toothpaste. Do Not use whitening toothpaste. I am using a basic fluoride toothpaste with only fluoride as active ingredient.
In a glass, plastic or ceramic container, take 1 tablespoon of bentonite powder. Avoid using metals when working with bentonite clay, because, contact with metal can decrease the positive effects of clay.
To this add 1 teaspoon of xylitol.
Now toss in 1 teaspoon of clove powder. Mix all this very well and keep it aside.
Now, whenever you want to apply this dental pack to teeth, take a peanut size of fluoride toothpaste, add a quarter teaspoon or little over a pinch of this powder.
Mix them up with the help of a wooden stick thoroughly. Gently apply this paste all over the teeth. With the help of finger spread it evenly on the front and backside of teeth. Don’t brush or don’t rub harshly. Just gently apply.
Wait for 2 minutes like this so that the teeth mask start working on the re minerlization process. This helps to bind the minerals back to enamel making it strong and prevents erosion.
During this time avoid swallowing. If you are getting lot of saliva, just spit it off and keep waiting. After 2 minutes, wash and rinse your mouth with fresh water. Don’t brush. That’s all do this anytime once a day.
Well, if you are allergic to fluoride toothpaste or you hate fluoride for some reason, you can skip fluoride and instead use a herbal toothpaste or few drops of water to make a paste. But using fluoride toothpaste is good for this remedy.
Don’t eat or drink anything 15 minutes before and after this remedy.
