You don't have to throw away cast iron if it gets rusted. With a little bit of elbow grease and a good seasoning you can get your cast iron pans back to usable condition.

This set of pans was only 4 months old, but was damaged in the wildfire known as the Camp Fire in Paradise California. Both of my grandparents and my great uncle lost their homes in the fire. I knew I couldn't bring everything back, but I could fix their cast iron pans. The result is no less than amazing.
