How to restring a strat style electric guitar

This video shows how I re-string a strat style guitar. It's too easy to assume that everyone knows how to re-string guitars but this isn't always the case. Some people haven't done it before and are nervous about breaking strings or getting it wrong - so much so that I've had people bring their guitars to me to do it for them.

In this example, the guitar has 'split post' tuners where the string is cut down to leave about two inches past the post prior to pushing into the post and winding. Apart from that, all the other things I talk about are relevant to other kinds of guitars.

Please take any hints / tips that are useful and forget the rest and remember, this is just the way I do it :-)
