Description from the creator

Drop offs can be some of the more intimidating features on a mountain bike trail. Here are some tips that helped me conquer them.

Today we are in Park City, UT at Trailside Bike Park to teach you how to ride drop offs.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WEAR THE NECESSARY PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND YOU'RE BIKE HAS BEEN PROPERLY MAINTAINED BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY ADVANCED RIDING TECHNIQUE.

5 Tips

1. Carry Speed
2. Be in the 'Attack Position'
3. Look Ahead
4. Crouch down then hips back
5. Keep Knees Bent

I hope this helps you advance your riding! Let me know your experiences below. Would also love to hear if there are other skill you'd like me to cover.
