The internet is filled with spits and pits for hogs. Everywhere one looks their is a service to roast and smoke a pig for catered event. But not us, we just rented a Pig Roaster on wheels, drove it home and cooked up a porker for the farm. It was great and we recommend everyone interested to give try.
FYI no seasoning method, done at 250 degrees low and slow=)
