How to Save Cucumber Seeds (Easy as Pie)

Today I show you haw to save cucumber seeds. It's easy.

First, get yourself a ripe cucumber. This is the hardest part, really. Most cucumbers you find are early, as stores don't sell fully ripe cucumbers. You'll have to grow your own or get one from a friend's garden. When they're ripe, they turn yellow. Then they'll have mature seeds.

Then let that cucumber ripen further on your counter, giving it a nice, long ripening period until it starts to rot.

Then, cut it open and wash the seeds. Save the hard ones, discard the totally flat or gelatinous ones.

Dry your seeds, then put in a baggie and save them in the fridge. That's how to save cucumber seeds.
