Description from the creator

So I've finally discovered a way to send AND successfully recieve text messages all on a Nintendo 3DS system! :D Not a single tool or hack needed. Just go into the web browser of your 3DS and go to this website: www.textem.net . Once there, you are capable of sending texts without an account but, in order to receive texts back, you must create an account. It's quite simple. You may even use a fake email address if you want. No verification is really needed, so really nothing to lose. Try it and see if it works for you guys. I did a little demonstration in the video myself to prove it works!

STILL WORKING AS OF July 2018 on new 3DS as well
