The ManyChat Default Reply is an automation feature that allows you to send a message whenever someone responds to your messenger bot and their response doesn't trigger a keyword.

You probably have people (I do at least...) who say "YOOOOOOOO". I don't have a keyword really triggering anything for that, but maybe I'll give the bot a chance to send a response and see if I can push them somewhere into the bot that has pre-defined flows.
