How to Sew a Hanging File Folder and Giveaway

Hey y'all and welcome to Sewspire!

Today I am here to show you how to sew a hanging folder file. For this project you will need two rectangular cuts of quilt weight cotton fabric that measure 12" wide by 21" long and 1 standard hanging file folder.
