The previous owner was a heavy smoker, I didn't want to wash/clean the blinds so I replaced all 8 of them. I thought it would be expensive but the vinyl ones are actually really reasonable, $3.99 a piece. However, I had to shorten them because the standard came at 64 inches in length and my windows are only 44 inches.

With a pair of scissors and 10 mins each, it was a quick fix.
