It is that time again. Time to get back to basics. After lots of hard practice it is always good to go back and work on some of the fundamental moves that will help us lead into harder ones. Today we we will be learning how to do the basic somersault which is something an easy move that can lead to many other hard moves. Take your time, enjoy and use it in your dancing.
