How to do it: Sv_cheats 1 in console first (please do it in an offline maps as it doesen't work in online maps) After that go to a clear spot which has nothing blocking it and type in ent_Create obj_sentrygun. After that point ur crosshair to the sentry and type in ent_fire !picker setbuilder !player. And PLEASE BE IN RED TEAM BECAUSE THE SENTRY WILL BE FRIENDLY TO YOU.
