What are the phonetic alphabets? This is a common question. In this video, I will teach you the NATO Phonetic Alphabets alongside examples to make spelling words, including your name, easier. To make communication more professional, it doesn’t help to spell in ‘nursery’ language. In addition, spelling words over the phone can be easily confused, since certain letters sound alike. An example is when spelling words with P and B in them. So using the phonetic alphabets in spelling will greatly reduce chances of miscommunication.
