Hey y'all! Here's my tutorial for how to do a standing back full - also referred to as a back flip 360 or standing full. I show some basic requirements for the skill such as a backflip, an untucked backflip, and a full turn / rotation. While this move may look slightly different in the tricking world, I tend to perform a gymnastics style back full.
