Description from the creator

► Setting up a charcoal grill doesn't have to be difficult, we'll help you get started! ▼

1 - Pour fresh briquettes onto the bottom rack of the grill. The briquettes should completely cover the bottom rack in a single layer, with just a bit of overlap.

2 - Pile the coals into a pyramid in the center of the grill.

3 - Add the lighter fluid over the coals, concentrating on the coals towards the bottom. Be generous with the amount of lighter fluid, but don't get carried away either.

4 - Let the briquettes soak for just a minute, and make sure the bottom vent is open, then light em' up!

5 - After about 15-20 minutes, the coals will start to ash over and glow red hot. Spread out the coals in a single layer, making sure the majority of the coals are still in contact.

6 - Place the top rack on the grill, wait for the grates to heat up and then brush them clean. Oil the grates with an rag, silicon brush or cooking spray. Now you're set to grill!
