So the methods are down below.

➜Open Up Photoshop
➜Click Edit
➜Go down and click on Preferences and under that General
➜On the Left hand side click Performance
➜Disable "Use Graphic Processor"
➜Next Go to Scratch Disks
➜Check all the Disks
➜Click OK
➜Now Reboot your PC and your Photoshop Fast.
