How to Store Celery: 3 Ways

Here's are the proper ways to store your celery for your next salad or chicken broth!

For longest life, celery should be stored with paper towels around it to keep it dry. Each time you use some, check to be sure the towel is still dry and if not, replace it before storing again. Wash celery just before use, not when you bring it home from the grocery.
