How To Straighten Hair Using The Chase Method - Men's Hairstyles

Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel!
There's literally a zillion ways to straighten your hair and here's another way you might want to try especially if you feel like you can never get your straighten right.

So I only just recently came across straightening your hair with the chase method and I was actually pleasantly surprised with how it turned out.

So if you are totally confused as to what the chase method is, it's just another method to getting a perfect straighten on your hair by using a comb in conjunction with the iron itself. You simply wedge the comb into your section, feed it out enough to be able to fit the hair straightener behind the comb and literally chase the comb with straightener down your hair section.

Now I didn't exactly research the science behind this but if I think about it logically, I believe having the comb in front of the hair iron separates the hairs beautifully which distributes the heat from the iron more evenly through the hair giving you a more precise and slick straighten.

I was really really impressed with the difference it made to my hair. I think the separation actually activated my pre-styling products more effectively, which is why I think my hair looked healthier than usual in this video.

I use SO many pre-styling products in my hair before I straighten it to make it feel better and also to keep it protected from damage. If I were to go by my theory of this method heating the hair more precisely, it's probably much more suitable to have a lot of protective products in there, to be honest.
