How to Strip & Refinish Vinyl Tile Floors

How to strip and refinish floors to get great results. This was a real demo done with real settings and tools by Corporate Chemicals & Equipment with the assistance of Betco at the Burlington Art Center.

Additional notes and clarifications:
Use of a squeegee to pull out slurry is no different to the squeegee on an auto scrubber or wet/dry vac. One just needs to make sure that the squeegee is in good condition, not leaving any streaks and do a diligent job at removal and pick up.

Floor fans should not be used directly on the floor right after finish is applied. It is alright to place a fan for circulation after 10 minutes with the finish we used and for most other high performance finishes.

The speed of finish application is up to the comfort level of the one doing the application. Once the results are great, finish can be applied at almost any speed depending on experience.
