How to take a Detox Bath with Bentonite Clay

Here's the Recipe for the bath:

2 cups Epsom salt (amzn.to/3epeCUW) (or sea salt or Himalayan Pink Salt amzn.to/2REowbu), which will draw out toxins from your body and relieve aches and pains
1 cup organic apple cider vinegar, which soothes and softens dry itchy skin and balances your pH
1/2 cup Volcanic Secrets Within’s Wyoming Bentonite Clay, which will stimulate the body's lymphatic system to cleanse the skin (your biggest organ)
5 - 10 drops of your favorite essential oil - I used lavender, which is great for relaxation and to relieve muscle tension as well as for detox (as are geranium, sandalwood, and Ylang Ylang)
Run a warm bath. add the ingredients and agitate the water so the ingredients dissolved completely
Soak for 20 - 40 minutes
Rinse in a cool shower
Pat dry
Moisturize your skin with organic Coconut Oil
Drink 16 ounces room temperature water
Take a nap or meditate
I do this about once a month, and I always feel more energized the next day.  My skin feels super soft and my muscles bounce back after a hard workout!
