After you pick fresh corn on the cob put it directly into a brown paper bag with the husk on. Fold it over, staple it shut and put directly into the freezer. Follow the steps in the video to enjoy corn on the cob in the middle of winter!

We cook the sweet corn just like we do when it is fresh. It is not as good as fresh sweet corn, but it is pretty close.
