Throwing a frisbee far and accurate it’s pretty simple to do you just need to keep a few things in mind when throwing it let’s jump straight into this awesome tutorial.
Step 1 Get the right frisbee when throwing a frisbee for an accurate you’re want to make sure you have the right kind a frisbee and a solid good disk to throw. You can get a good frisbee set on Amazon.com they have some good frisbees on there. So once you have a good frisbee that’s the first step

Step 2 - Throwing the frisbee far to throw the frisbee far y’all want to use your hips and you want to transfer your way nicely that’s the secret to throwing a frisbee far you want to keep your arm extended at least in my opinion that’s the best way to throw it and keep it extended and don’t bend it in and curl up but extend it and bring the frisbee back he’s your whole body to fling it forward.

Step 3 - The grip when throwing a frisbee yo want to get the right grip so grab your frisbee like this. All your fingers except your thumb on the bottom part of your frisbee and then your thumb on the top in the middle of the frisbee. You also want to haul make sure you’re holding the frisbee nice and loose not to lose but also not gripping it as tight as you can so a medium grip.

Step 3 is accuracy. To throw the frisbee accurate. Your shoulders or I should say your shoulder at the target you want to be aiming for depending if it’s close or far that will depend on how accurate your throat so for example if it really close you can face forward and throw the frisbee and use your hips to guide the frisbee straight into the target if you’re a little bit farther away than you’ll want to point your front shoulder at the target just like stated in the video.
