Thread: 8/0 Olive.
Tail: Brown biot.
Abdomen: 6 strands peacock herl.
Ribbing: Med gold wire.
Collar hackle: Brown hackle.
Horns: White biot.
Dubbed collar: Pond Olive Mohair dubbing (dubbing of your choice).
