Instructions:
1#:Go to "start" and press "run";
2#:In the "run" type "cmd", a command window will open now;
3#:In the command widow type: "tracert ::website::" and press enter, it will load the IP's list!;
4#:Take one IP and type it in the "discover" box from the website(ipfingerprints.com), press enter and you will recive information about that IP, like: STATE, COUNTRY and more.
Hint:
You can also put one of your friend IP that you know in the "discover" box.

In this tutorial i'm only showing you how to track an IP, not how to hack the IP! offcourse you can hack the IP after tracket but maybe i'l show that in the nexts tutorials;)
