1. Locate the whole in your disposal under the sink.

2. Insert the key and turn clockwise and counterclockwise many times to free up any debris that may have caused the clogging.

3. Press and hold the red reset button for a few seconds to release the motor.


Also make sure to avoid fiber foods, greasy foods, oils, egg shells, coffee grounds and rice from entering your disposal as these will eventually cause clogging.
