HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR TOUCH OR PHONE

1. First open up a new tab or window in your internet browser, copy and paste the link into the browser bar and press go.
2. Click the Ipod touch software called/ 3.1.3/7E18
3. Click download the download should come up, click save to desktop and press ok.
It should take about 20 30 minutes to download.
4. After it is done, Plug your Iphone, Ipod touch into your computer and make sure it is recognized by itunes.
5. Open Itunes, Click your ipodtouch or phone, and make sure you are under the tab summary.
6. Hold Shift and click restore.
A window will pop up asking you where the file is located.
7. You should have saved it to the desktop so click desktop and find it.
It will extract the software and prepare your ipod for restore and in about 15 minutes you should have 3.0 free

All ipod music apps and videos will be erased so make sure you backup all of your stuff.
