How To Upload A Video To YouTube From Your Phone 2020 is a step by step video where I show you how to upload a video to YouTube from your phone. An android phone was used for the video recording, but this should work on an iPhone or any other mobile device as long as you have the YouTube app and the YouTube studio app.

How To Upload A Video To YouTube From Your Phone

First open the YouTube app
Click the upload icon
Click on video
If this is your first time in the app it will ask you for permission to allow access.Once you've allowed access click on the video you want to upload
Once uploaded you can resize or crop the video as needed
After it is to your liking
Enter your title
Then enter your description
Make sure you choose the private option so you can edit and add your thumbnail before posting the video to the public
To save your settings click the arrow at the top right corner and wait for all your settings to be uploaded.
Next go to your YouTube studio app
If needed refresh your page by dragging from the top down
Click on the video you just uploaded
Click on the pencil icon to edit your video
Click edit thumbnail and select your thumbnail from your phone gallery
Next if you have a playlist you can add your video to the playlist from here
Add your keyword tags
Edit monetization settings
Edit advanced settings such as your category,
License and ownership
Your audience age range restrictions
If you allow comments or not
And if you wanted to delete the video from YouTube
Once you are done click on the save settings

And when you are ready to publish your video to the public go back to the editing section and under privacy choose public.
