How to upsize a tight skirt DIY Tutorial

I'm trying to upload more style related content as I had initially and always intended for this channel to have more of so here's something different than the usual VLOGS.

I've had this skirt for so long but it's tight on me that I can't really wear it out as often as I'd like to instead of getting rid of it, I decided to upsize it so that I can actually wear it out. I documented the process so I hope you'll find this useful if you're facing the same situation.
