My sister introduced me to the wonderful world of garlic presses - I find the device especially useful in recreating her great guacamole recipe. This particular press allows the cook to mince the garlic without having to remove skin off the clove. As you'll see in the video, the skin is easily removed from the press after the garlic has been minced. The plate used in this video is a Tiara Sandwich pattern in Amethyst.
