Description from the creator

simplestepsmobility.com/mobility/walking/use-wa… If a person is non-weight bearing or they may be an amputee, they may still need to use a walker to get around with.

When a person has to use a walker with only one leg, it's important to keep in mind to avoid the tendency to "hop". It's a common mistake to think that just because you can only use one leg to walk, then you have to hop on that one leg.

It's better to "walk" on the one leg rather than hop. Push the walker in front of you, bear the weight on your arms, and slowly lift your one leg and "step" forward with it.

This technique allows a person to walk safely and more smoothly. The video explains it in detail.
