After suffering from acne for so many years I finally managed to get rid of it thanks to a medication called benzoyl peroxide, few great skincare products, some knowledge and of course effort. For me benzoyl peroxide is hands down the best way to get rid of spots. It works in three ways: it kills the bacteria, it reduces the irritation and it unclogs the pores.
In September I filmed a video about it and I received a lot of questions regarding how to use it the right way. Keep in mind that I'm not a dermatologist.. Everything I share with you I've learnt the hard way - from experience.

(VIDEO) Using moisturiser with benzoyl peroxide is an absolute must. I've tested and tried many moisturiser until I find a good non-comedogenic one that my skin likes. Finding the perfect moisturiser can be difficult and required a lot of testing as everyone's skin is different. Some of you asked me which moisturiser I use.
