Today we're going to teach you how to get started using Facebook Live Video for Events on your Facebook Page.

This way you can incorporate events you are running for your business into your Facebook Live Videos that you share on your Facebook Page.

To use Facebook Live Video for Events, you'll need to download the Facebook Mobile app.

Once you have the Facebook mobile app installed, here's what you need to do to create your first Facebook Live Video for your events.

1. Launch the Facebook mobile app

2. Go to your Facebook Page

3. Create a new event

4. Go to your Facebook Page when it's time for your event

5. Create a discussion within your event

6. Select the "live video" option

7. Enter a description about your Facebook Live Video for your event

In your description, you can include hashtags, tag other pages and profiles an so on.

8. Tap on the "go live" button

At this point, you'll get a 3 second countdown timer and your Facebook Live Video will be broadcast out to your Facebook Page.

You can broadcast for up to 90 minutes; however, we recommend experimenting with different lengths for your Facebook Live Videos for your event. This way you can identify the best times when your audience is most engaged with your businesses Facebook events.

When you want to end your Facebook Live Video, tap on finish.

At this point, you can choose to save your Facebook Live video for your event to your camera roll and also choose whether to upload a higher quality version of the video.

After you've used Facebook Live Videos for Events, they will show up under the events section of your Facebook Page.

The good thing about using Facebook Live Video for events is that only the people who said they were attending your event can join and participate in them.
