Description from the creator

We want to know How To Wake Up In The Morning Without An Alarm Clock? In our everyday busy life, we always need to have time, to do a lot of important things. I know you hates your alarm clock, but you have to get up early in the morning for your work. So today, I shall talk about, learning to wake up, without an alarm clock.

00:25 Be prepared for the fact that, you'll have to get up at the same time, even on weekends. Many people tends to get up early, for work days from Monday to Friday, but do not want to get up on Saturday, and Sunday. Just set your mind and make it your habit to get up at the same time everyday.

00:46 But, if you want to get up, at the same time everyday, you must have to go to bed, daily at the same time.See my other video on "How to Fall Asleep In Less Than 1 Minute", if you can't sleep at the right time.

01:01 So for example, to get up at seven in the morning, go to bed every day at 22:00 to 23:00. This will give you a sound sleep, as a result, it will be easy enough to get out of bed in the morning.

01:15 Another important thing is to determine how much sleep you need to feel good. Try it for a week to get up at different times, with little difference between the clocks, and you'll understand when you're most comfortable to wake up.

01:30 Remember that the process of habituation lasts a long time. You'll need a week to a month to get into a rhythm. When you learn to get up early, you have time for yourself, especially in the morning workout.

See you later, thanks for watching.
