How To Waste Less Time On Your Phone: 8 Digital Minimalism Tips

In today's video I am going to share my 8 digital minimalism tips that I developed over years of trying to reduce my phone usage. I was wasting a lot of time on my phone scrolling Instagram, reading Google articles, checking if Kim Kardashian really is plant-based, answering notifications and checking if somebody replied. It's distracting. Being constantly connected to "the web" is incredibly bad for focus and I started being angry at myself for not being able to control it.

I have since realized that true freedom lives in disciplining yourself and when it comes to technology that is created specifically to work against your mindful habits, this is even more true. So I made a video to show you how I discipline myself and what my rules for digital minimalism are. I hope you enjoy it!
