How to Weather A Model Locomotive

Let me show you how to weather a model locomotive. I weathered and Atlas N scale GE Dash 8-40b for my layout. These locomotives often had turbo tires that burned the long hood, so I used that weathering effect. I think it turned out very nicely. Let me show you how I did it.
