How to write an agenda with MeetingKing
ChannelMeetingKingDescription from the creator
MeetingKing (meetingking.com) is the easiest way to create your meeting agenda. The meeting agenda software offers various standard agenda templates or easily create your own.
When you link meetings, tasks from the previous meeting are automatically added to the agenda, so you can start with an update on what was decided the last time.
You can copy information from Outlook, iCal and Google Calendar, so less work for you.
Need to include attachments with your agenda? No problem.
You can email the agenda to all meeting participants directly from MeetingKing. No need to create an email message and attach a Word file.
Meeting invitees do NOT need a MeetingKing account.

How to create an agenda with MeetingKing.
After you log in you get to the meetings page. Click "New meeting" to create a new meeting workspace.
Here you give the meeting a title.
For now we will skip the link back to previous meeting and the tags. These are extremely powerful optional features, and I will explain those in a separate video.
Next you add participants by simply adding their email address. Participants do NOT need to have a MeetingKing account.
Set date time and location.
All this information can also be copied from Outlook or Google calendar. I will explain this in another video.
Now it is time to add your topics.
You can type topics from scratch or you can load a template.
First sample topic.
Optionally you can add a presenter, set a duration and add tags at the topic level. Again extremely powerful, but something for another video.
If you have a more standard meeting, for example a weekly staff meeting or a board meeting you can load a template.
Click the template icon at the top and select "load template". MeetingKing includes a number of standard templates and you can easily create your own.
Under each topic I can add notes and attach files.
You can move topics and delete them.
When you are done with your agenda you can email it to all participants directly from the application.
They will receive a professionally formatted agenda and can access attachments directly through a secure download link.
When you have your meeting this workspace also serves to make your notes and assign your tasks. More on that in the writing meeting minutes video.
