Hey hey, it's Jackie back with another throwback celebrity inspired tutorial! I loved Miley growing up and still do, so I thought it would be fun to recreate Miley's iconic Party In the USA look! I'm stuck in 2009 lol, but I do looooove miley cyrus malibu! I hope you enjoy this look, it's a soft glam without as much highlighting and contouring or over lining of lips as I normally do! Just a blended out soft golden eye with light pink lips and smokey liner. Of course we can't forget Miley's Party in the USA long curly hairstyle, so I'll show ya how I got a similar style along with the outfit!
