Panda and Bamboo Nails DIY Nail Art Tutorial

A wonderfully cute DIY nail art tutorial showing you all the steps to accomplish this cartoon Panda and Bamboo design. Follow along while I teach you how I the created the panda using two different sizes of dotting tools, a fine detail brush and high contrast black and white nail polish.
