NOTE: Sorry for the really bad quality. I pretty much just wanted to do a video and even though this isn't the best quality, you can still see what I am doing and I believe it is clear enough for you to do yourself.

How to do your nails with polka dots.

You will need:
3-5 different colored nail polishes
2-4 tooth picks
nail polish remover and cue tip for mistakes
