Description from the creator

Is your refrigerator not cooling properly? It very well could be your defrost timer or "adaptive defrost control board". It was in this repair. Here's a link to where you can buy one: amzn.to/2BFiL3r

In this in-depth diagnosis and repair DIY tutorial. I go over everything step by step from how to diagnose to how to replace it, and try to keep it as easy as it possibly could be. I even wrote you a song to help ease the frustration you're sure to be going through right now. The task is not the easiest, but with this video to help you through, you can DIY and save some serious cash! Let me know down in the comments below if you have any questions on anything, or if you like the video. Please consider liking and subscribing for more.

Note... This same Adaptive Defrost Control Board / Defrost Timer fits many different Frigidaire models, although my particular model was frs26lh5ds0. If you have another brand like Kenmore, Samsung, LG, Maytag, etc., the process will be similar, but probably not exactly what you're watching in this video.

Thanks for watching!
