The song here is Mayday Parade's The End from their album Anywhere But Here. I had this song on repeat during the entire two hour editing of this video, so I figured it'd be sweet to use for the background too. :)

All I needed for this was a regular (circular) sewing needle, a 16g metal labret, and some rubbing alcohol to keep clean. Use that stuff OFTEN to make sure it doesn't get infected. Sanitize the needle, sanitize the labret, sanitize your face, your hands, the sink, and your life. Cause getting it infected would suck.
And a Kleenex or two if you need it.
Ice if you need it as well.
Also, Abbie Wilson gets credit for me having the courage to do this, so go her!
