In this video, I answer what 301 redirects are and how to add 301 redirects to your Wix website. Oftentimes, people overlook the power of complexity of 301 redirects. This one tool helps improve your SEO on all major search engines. In the video, I use the analogy of a business moving an address, but in this case, a 301 redirect would be used to redirect traffic from one URL to another URL when it is changed on your website.

At the moment, 301 redirects are a premium feature on Wix. This means you have to sign up for one of Wix's premium plans in order to set up your first 301 redirect on the platform. I would highly recommend all of their plans as they enable your website to be successful.
