My technique for applying a Snowman gift bag to a tumbler. A straight cup it better for this technique.

Materials:
Prepped cup I used a 30oz thick cup from MakerFlo
Gift bag (Make sure it's big enough to wrap around the cup)
Modpodge
Paint brush (I used a large brush and a liner brush)
Acrylic paints to match the background of the cup (I used red, black, light and dark green, brown and white)
Sponge
Scissors
Cutting edge tool from Wicked Shimmer Supply (Optional)
White glitter
Vinyl Snowflakes/star

I do not own the rights to any of the background noise My grandson is watching videos :)
