Hand sewing tutorial Version 2.0 :P
I got a higher quality camera so I wanted to re-do a tutorial on hand sewing that could hopefully be clearer!
I'm starting a series of videos that take you through the making of one ferret plush, whilst showing a variety of techniques for creating plushies! Techniques will include- sewing, string jointing, embroidery, adding complex markings

****
Some extra notes on hand sewing (that I've picked up over the years):

-The size and type of fabric can have a big affect on your plush, no matter how good you are at sewing! If a project is smaller then 2 inches, its best to sew on the outside rather then turn inside out, otherwise it's very likely the fabric will fray/break and the sewing will come undone.

-The less flexible the fabric, the less shape you'll be able to get from your project when you sew it. I recommend minky because of this as it's very flexible and strong as well! If you use thicker/inflexible fabric (such as mohair), sew your project together closer to the edge (a smaller seam) and this will help get an accurate shape, or choose this type of fabric for larger sized projects.

-Keep practicing! Sewing seems really simple but it isnt!! I used to be really rubbish at hand sewing, but just got good with practice and not having a sewing machine haha.
