Thank you for coming by, today we are taking an old book that is falling apart and giving it new life for a new junk journal. Follow along as I recreate and patch up this vintage book cover into a Bohemian artsy cover for a junk journal that I am making.

I use mod podge and book cloth to repair the damaged binding. Google book cloth and you'll find several retailers along with how to make your own book cloth.

I also show you how to make grungy distressed components to add to the outside binding using masking tape, lace, tea bags and gauze.
