I think this is a better and cleaner version of Anime Eye 2 (?)
Anime Character I'm reference is a Girl Version from Ku-------...I better not name it. Heeehee.
Use for any innocent, cute character you can think of.
Or darken them for Gothic Loli.

I had those hard times looking at my old picture of me, and my eye become "(- _-)".
This tutorial looks nice when you are photographing from a far distance, especially you are in a Group, because your EYE will not be missed this time!
