We will go over all the details you need to know for an under arm waxing service. HK has five key points for a successful wax: proper temperature/quality of the wax, prepping the skin, application of the wax, removing the wax and post wax care. Skipping any of these steps will result in the wax service not coming out correctly. It is also important to make sure the hair is long enough to be removed. The hair needs to be a minimum of 1/4th an inch for removal. Any hair shorter than this will not be able to be removed since the wax doesn't have enough to grip the hair. Underarm's can be sensitive so waxing is a great alternative to shaving. The hair grows back in softer and thinner which makes each session easier and easier! After each under-arm wax service, we use Hylunia's Healing and Restoring cream for post care. This moisturizer is fantastic for body waxing after a session. We also like PFB Vanish to help keep anyway ingrowns and bumps in between appointments. We are using a major brand's blue film hard wax for this video, however we highly recommend only using Mermaid Wax for your needs.
