This is one of my favorite looks to do - the wet eyeshadow look. I paired it with a midnight blue wing eyeliner. The way to make this last and not smudge is to not apply any eyeshadow or liner above the lashline. I then blend a cream eyeshadow with Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream up to the brow.
