How to Deal with Disappointment

Life doesn't always go the way we expect; sometimes our future can seem so certain and the pathway so clear, but when that path is suddenly blocked, it can leave us feeling lost and unsure of what to do.
There was a time in my life when I felt that way, and it was difficult to get through, but what I learned from that experience is that life keeps going, there are always other opportunities, and sometimes what we thought would be a good for us, may not have been as beneficial as it appeared.
