Description from the creator

If you use Logic's panning knobs, this one's for you. Logic's panning is actually removing parts of your sound from your song.

In today's video, I explain how Logic's pan knobs actually function (as a volume control for the left and right speaker). This means that if you pan a sound all the way to the left, you are losing everything that was originally playing through the right channel entirely. On the other hand, if you use the direction mixer plugin as I show you, you can pan something left or right without losing important parts of your sound. Especially with synth patches which have different sounds coming out of the left and right speaker, this becomes really important and you don't want to be changing your sounds accidentally when you're panning things around.

I hope you enjoyed the video, and feel free to ask any questions you have in the comments and I'd be more than happy to answer them quickly!
